To commemorate the 96 anniversary of the "May Fourth Movement", called for carrying out the spirit of May Fourth, Nanjing Branch organized the “Protect the Nanjing Purple Mountain, the CAS Youth is in Action” theme practical activity, affiliated by units of Nanjing Branch. 

On the afternoon of May 4, nearly 70 youth members gathered at the foot of the Purple Mountain and celebrated the Youth Day. It took 40 minutes on foot to reach the Purple Mountain Observatory. Along the way we pick up trash, not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired, and protected the Purple Mountain with specific actions. 

Then, led by Yang Rong from Nanjing Branch, youth members standing on the majestic Purple Mountain swore it again. 

In the PMO auditorium, PMO gave a wonderful astronomical science report so we had a deep understanding of astronomy.
