From June 11th to 12th, Wang Enge, vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences had a research of Nanjing branch. 

During the period, he has been to Purple Mountain Observatory, Nanjing Institute of Geology and Paleontology, Nanjing Institute of Soil Science, Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology. He listened to the work report of every institute, and had a talk with researchers and management staffs. 

On June 11th, Wang Enge attended the personnel work meeting of Nanjing branch. Yang Guishan, vice president of Nanjing branch, reported talent work of Nanjing branch in general. All units present discussed about personnel training, the introduction of talents, incentive and protection mechanism and other issues.
