On August 31st, the Second Biomedical Engineering Project Business Plan Contest of Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology (SIBET) successfully concluded in Suzhou.. 

This competition is held annually since 2014,of which the theme is advanced biomedical instruments and reagents, and the form is writing business plans. It aims at enhancing the scientific and technological workers' entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability, and further building the achievements of the research and development of collaborative innovation and integration platform. 

The game started at the end of March, 2015. And after the pre-competition training, project collection, project screening, and through a series of selection, a total of 10 winning projects entered the final. To guarantee fairness, the final used the form of showing on public. Through the presentation, the experts in the field made assessments and gave a score. 

Finally, "flow cytometry development and services" project of Wang Ce team won the first prize, “research and development of minimally invasive percutaneous puncture intervention system" project of Gao Xin team and “high frequency ultrasonic transducer materials and devices” project of Cui Xiaoyao team won the second prize.
