On the morning of September 8th, the opening ceremony of the graduates of Purple Mountain Observatory is held.

Yang Ji, the president of Purple Mountain Observatory, shared his own experience of learning and working, and put forward hopes to the students. He advised the students to learn to take the initiative to learn, focus on the enthusiasm on science, lay a solid foundation, and actively participate in sports activities in spare time.

Wu Xuefeng, the researcher, gave the topic on why he choosed astronomy and Purple Mountain Observatory, and shared his own experience and research experience.
