The graduate of Purple Mountain Observatory made a meteorite science report for pupils

On the afternoon of September 23, Wang Kechao, the graduate of the astrochemistry and planetary science laboratory of Purple Mountain Observatory, made a meteorite science report entitled "extraterrestrial meteorite" for the fifth grade students of Nanjing City Central Road Primary School.

Wang Kechao began with how to infer the earth's age and how did the dinosaur extinct. He told the pupils the origin, classification and scientific research significance of the meteorites.

The teachers and students present said the report not only broadened their horizons, but also deepened their understanding of the universe. After the report, Wang Kechao, Hu Maokai and Wang Haiyang, the three graduates of Purple Mountain Observatory, interacted with the students.
