For the implementation of the science and technology cooperation agreement between Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangsu province and promotion of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Nanjing Branch held the seminar of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in SuZhou on Mar. 22^th. Zhou Jianmin, vice chairman of Jiangsu Provincial CPPCC and President of Nanjing Branch CAS, Zhao Qianjun, vice president of Bureau of Science and Technology for Development CAS, Jiang Yuejian, vice chairman of department of science and technology of Jiangsu province attended this meeting.

Zhou Jianmin in his speech stressed that transformation of scientific and technological achievements ushered in the spring. Our country has issued the deepening the reform of systems and mechanisms to speed up the innovation driven development strategy, promoted the conversion of scientific and technological achievements and other series of policies and regulations.

Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangsu Province have cooperated with each other for ten consecutive years. Pattern of Jiangsu played a huge role, which is “platform + talent + project”.

Jiang Yuejian introduced “twelfth five-year” science and technology innovation in Jiangsu and the “thirteenth five-year” scientific and technological development.

Mi Lei, Chief technology officer of Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of CAS introduced the innovation and experience of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements of the kechuang star. Sun Hua, the general manager of CAS holdings introduced the mode of combination of science and technology and finance.
