On May 11-12, a team of 5 led by Xue Xintang from Jiangsu Financial Ombudsman Office of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China researched the Nanjing Branch. Deputy Secretary and director of Financial Dept. of Nanjing Branch Zhang Jiancheng welcomed the arrival leadership and hosted the research council.  

Zhang Jiancheng introduced the basic situation and existing difficulties of Jiangsu institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences to the officer of the Jiangsu Financial Ombudsman Office, then discussed the promotion of the scientific development and institutes’ deepen reform with the officers. On the research meeting, finance Dept. also reported the general situation of Nanjing Branch especially the leadership team building, academicians, S&T achievements transformation, personnel, finance and assess management. This research deepened the communication and contact with Jiangsu Financial Ombudsman Office and laid a solid foundation for Nanjing Branch’s budget management work.
