On October 24, He Yan, party member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, accompanied by party secretary of Nanjing Branch of CAS, Zhu Huaicheng, visited SINANO and SIBET, the two institutes located in Suzhou, to promote their scientific research.

In SINANO, He Yan visited the display hall, Lightweight Nanotech Laboratory, Micro/Nanofabrication Facility (SNFF) and Vacuum Interconnected Nanotech Workstation (NANO-X). After that, he listened to the report of recent research progress of the institute.

In SIBET, He Yan visited Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Medical Optics, CAS Key Laboratory of Biomedical Detection Technology, the engineering platform and the fitness center. After that, he also listened to the report of recent research progress of the institute.

Zhu Huaicheng thanked He Yan for the guidance to SINANO and SIBET. He hoped that the directors of the two institutes could learn from these instructions and make more contributions.
