Dr. Soo Yeun Ahn from South Corea and Ph.D. candidate Yusuke Sakai from Japan, two international scholars from Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology, Chinese Academy of Sciences had been awarded the Nanjing Municipal Government International Students Scholarship in the year of 2013.

The scholarship was set up by Nanjing government since 2013 to attract and encourage more outstanding overseas students to study and conduct scientific research in Nanjing Universities. Master and PhD candidates will be granted 20,000 RMB/year, Undergraduates 10,000 RBM/year, one-year students 5,000 RMB/year, one-semester students 2500 RMB/semester.
